Logging On

Prior to logging on, you will receive an email message containing your system-generated user name and password.

When you log on for the first time, you are required to change your system-generated password. An alphanumeric combination is best for enhanced security. For more information on changing your password, go to Modifying your password.

If you forget your password, answer the secret question to obtain a password reminder.

Steps

1. Open a browser and enter the Web site address in the address bar. The Welcome page appears.
2. Enter you user name and password. Note that passwords are case sensitive.
3. Click Log On.

Results

The Status window appears.

Note: After the fifth failed log on attempt, you will not be able to access the system because your account will be temporarily suspended. Your system administrator has to revoke the suspension in order for you to access the system with the same user ID and password.
